The EQ Bank vs. Tangerine rate chase finally ended for me

I spent 4 months bouncing my emergency fund between promo rates in Toronto, then just parked it at EQ for the flat 2.5% and stopped checking every week. Has anyone else just given up on the teaser rate game and gone boring?
