Wasted $150 on a snowblower I used exactly once
I bought a fancy gas snowblower from Canadian Tire last November because I was tired of shoveling my driveway in Edmonton. First big snow came in December, fired it up, cleared the whole thing in 15 minutes. Felt like a champion. Then the winter turned mild and we barely got any more accumulation. Now it's sitting in my garage taking up space and I'm pretty sure the gas has gone bad. Anyone else fall for the 'big purchase for one big storm' trap and regret it?

Edmonton winters will do that to a guy. Feel your pain.

@jakejones nailed it. I used to think guys like us were just unprepared, but after burning $500 on a generator that ran for one storm I get it now.
