Bought that viral charcoal toothpaste and it wrecked my enamel in 3 weeks

My dentist showed me the wear patterns under a scope and said those gritty particles can do permanent damage, so now I'm stuck using a sensitive formula for the next 6 months anyone else fall for this?

Charcoal toothpaste marketing should come with a dental damage warning.

Charcoal ones actually don't do much for your enamel.
