I used to think James Charles got what he deserved

After that whole Tati Westbrook thing back in 2019 I was sure he was done for. But then I watched his interview with Logan Paul last year where he just sat there calmly answering every question without getting defensive. It made me wonder if we jump to conclusions too fast sometimes. Has anyone else changed their mind on a canceled creator after seeing more evidence?

Used to pile on him myself but that interview made me rethink the whole thing.

i saw that interview too and honestly it kinda messed with my head because i was 100% on the cancel train before. remember when those screen recordings leaked showing he was apparently lying about something? i read a breakdown on twitter later that pointed out the timestamps didn't match the drama story at all and now i'm not sure what to believe anymore. it's weird how we just take a narrative and run with it without checking facts first. i still think he's made some bad choices but maybe we all need to chill before grabbing our pitchforks.
