My barber's 2-minute rant about a canceled BBQ sauce brand stuck with me
Last Tuesday at Frank's Barbershop in Austin, he spent my whole trim talking about how some local sauce company got dropped from H-E-B after a bad food safety video went viral. He said the owner owned up to it fast and fixed the process, but the damage was already done, and now the guy's business is basically toast. Does owning the mistake quickly ever actually save a brand, or is the cancel train just too fast to stop once it starts rolling?

Used to think a fast apology fixed everything, that video proved me wrong.
