What kind of floor and what was the subfloor prep like?

Did you check for any moisture issues first? We had to run a dehumidifier for a week before ours went down. Made a huge difference with the adhesive. No buckling after two years.

Did you use a moisture barrier or just go straight onto the subfloor?

Wait did you put down any kind of underlayment or just glue right on the concrete? Because skipping that step is why half the floors I've seen in my buddy's house are warping now after a year. That moisture barrier is cheap insurance compared to ripping up and replacing everything. Even if the subfloor looks bone dry you gotta seal it or you're asking for trouble with humidity changes. We used a roll-on vapor barrier on ours and it took maybe two extra hours but the peace of mind is worth it. No way I'd risk it with adhesive alone.
