I finally put in a carpet seam that disappeared completely last week

Been in the trade 15 years and never got a seam that invisible until I used that wide tape from Dalton. Was working a 12x14 bedroom in a ranch house outside Springfield, took my time with the iron, and the homeowner walked in and couldn't find the seam at all. Anyone else had that kind of luck with wide tape on plush?

My friend had this happen with her engagement ring. She put it in a "safe place" one night before going to the gym and then could NOT find it for WEEKS. She tore the whole house apart, even pulled the fridge out. Her fiancé was SO mad. Turned out she had tucked it inside an old winter glove in the back of her closet. She almost cried when she finally found it.
