Had a job out in Mesa last Tuesday and the homeowner walked me to the seam by the hallway, you could see daylight under the baseboard on the long wall. Turns out I was reading the depth gauge from the top of the teeth instead of the face, so every stretch since April has been underdriven by roughly 3/16. I only caught it because Rudy from the supply house asked what my gauge was set at and I watched him raise his eyebrows. Check your gauge against the fin today and tell me I'm not the only one who's been doing this.
