I used to think all self-help books were just empty feel-good stuff.

Then my friend in Seattle made me read one specific chapter from 'Atomic Habits' about the two-minute rule. I tried it for a week, just telling myself I'd only run for two minutes. I ended up running a full mile every day. Has anyone else had a book tip that actually stuck?

Honestly, the book that got me was about body language, but not in the way you'd guess. It wasn't about faking confidence for meetings. It taught me to watch my own posture when I felt low, like slumping at my desk. Just straightening up for a minute actually changed my mood. It felt like a backdoor into my own head. What's a small physical change that's helped you?

That "backdoor into my own head" idea really changed my mind.
