Yeah, it's a real wake-up call, isn't it? I had a similar scare that finally got me to add things like avocados back in. The shift in thinking about fats is huge.

My cholesterol test from 2022 was the kick I needed. I used to think fat was the enemy, so I ate dry toast for years (not my brightest moment). Now I put avocado on everything, even my eggs in the morning. It's funny how we cling to old ideas even when the science changes. I'm just glad I can enjoy guacamole without guilt now (well, mostly without guilt).
