My solo workout belief flipped after a group class mix-up

I used to be sure that exercising by myself was the only way to go. Then last month, I signed up for a yoga class by accident, thinking it was a different slot. It was super awkward at first because I was in the wrong place, but everyone was really nice and helped me out. We ended up laughing about it, and I had so much fun that I kept going back. Now, I mean, idk, maybe it's just me, but I actually look forward to group sessions sometimes.

Right? Who knew group stuff could be fun.

Ever show up completely wrong somewhere and it actually works out for you? Like, you walked into the wrong party and found better snacks and nicer people. That mix-up basically gave you a free trial of group fun without the pressure to sign up. Bet the instructor was confused seeing a new person sweating through downward dog, but hey, it got you hooked.

Stumble into the wrong room and you might find a part of yourself you forgot. Like, last week I meant to go to the gym but ended up at a pottery class. Now I'm making mugs instead of lifting weights, and it's SO relaxing. It's like life gives you a free sample when you least expect it. That mix-up showed me I needed creative time, not just another workout. So maybe getting lost is just a shortcut to what you actually need.

Exactly. It's like the universe shoves you into the right room because your own plans are too boring. That first wrong step cuts out all the overthinking. You didn't have time to be nervous or talk yourself out of it, you were just suddenly there. Now you're stuck with a new habit you actually enjoy.
