My turnaround on daily meditation started with a timer app.

I thought sitting still was a waste of minutes. Then I tried a short app session and saw my mind get quiet. What small step made a big difference for you?

Ever tried counting your breaths backwards from 100? The hard work of keeping track makes my mind stop drifting. I began with just 50 breaths, now I do it every day without a timer. That need to focus is what cuts out the noise for me.
