Thought I needed a full CDL binder to pass my DMV test in Reno, turns out one app was plenty

I spent 3 weeks building this huge paper binder of practice questions because everyone at the yard swore the DMV in Reno would fail you without it. My trainer handed me a free app and I passed on the first try, the paper thing just made me nervous. Anyone else waste money on study stuff you never touched?
