Threw $80 down the drain on a meal prep service and I'm still mad about it
I signed up for one of those weekly meal kit boxes thinking it would save me time and money. After 3 weeks I realized I was spending way more than just buying groceries and doing it myself. The portions were tiny, the veggies came half rotten half the time, and I still had to cook everything anyway so where was the time savings? Canceling was a whole ordeal too, they made me talk to a retention person for 15 minutes. Has anyone else gotten burned by these services or am I just unlucky?
