Hell yeah, another steamer basket convert! I swear I was getting real tired of those random oil splatter scars all over my forearms. Ever since I started using one for veggies and dumplings, my hands actually look like they belong to a human instead of a burnt piece of toast. It's wild how such a simple kitchen tool can save you so much pain. Mad respect to anyone who figures this out early instead of taking a decade like us lol.

Burnt piece of toast" - that's exactly how my arms looked too. The real unsung benefit nobody talks about is how steamer baskets make it way easier to meal prep a whole week's worth of veggies without having to stand over a hot stove every single day.
