Been sweeping for 11 years and always used the old wire brush method until a guy at the supply house in Toledo mentioned taping plastic over the fireplace opening and running the vac, and I pulled out about 3 pounds of creosote in 20 minutes, so has anyone else tried this or am I just late to the party?
