That barn find in Ohio had a hidden surprise under the carpet

Went to look at a 71 Challenger outside Dayton last Saturday, and the owner swore it was all original. Pulled the floor mat back and found a crumpled dealer invoice from 1972 showing it cost $3,850 new, which is wild since the car was barely worth that then. Has anyone else found paperwork like that tucked away, or is it always just rust and mouse nests?
