My crew switched to electric blowers after a job near a school in Portland

We were doing a tear-off right next to an elementary school and the gas blower was so LOUD the principal came out and asked us to stop, so I grabbed a borrowed electric one and it actually got the job done quieter and without that gas smell, has anyone else had to change their gear because of noise complaints on jobs?

Gas blowers still rip but my neighbors actually talk to me now.

Principal came out in person? Bet she's real fun at recess duty too. Maybe start handing out earplugs on the job site next time.

Electric blowers are fine and all but gas still has more power for tough jobs in my experience.
