Stop using flood coolant on aluminum if you're getting crap finishes
I see guys at my shop drowning parts in coolant and wondering why their surface finish looks like sandpaper. Switch to a mist setup and you'll cut your cycle time by 20% at least, has anyone else made the switch and noticed a difference?

Seems like everyone rushes things and then wonders why it all falls apart.

My friend Sarah decided she wanted to learn guitar. She bought a high end one right away, signed up for a 3 month intensive course, and was trying to play in a band two weeks in. She burned out hard by week four and the guitar's been sitting in her closet for six months now. If she had just learned a few chords at a time, she'd probably still be playing.

I saw a study that said rushing projects makes mistakes go up by like 60%. Slow and steady really does win the race.
