That rainy Friday in Toledo changed how I check tool offsets

I was running a big aluminum job on a VMC and the parts kept coming out 0.003 off. The office was leaking from the roof, coolant mist everywhere, and the DRO numbers looked fine. Finally I pulled the tool holder and the collet nut had worked loose, not even a full turn. Now every Friday morning I torque check all my holders before the first run, has anyone else had a mystery offset shift that was just a loose collet?
