Used to swear by manual tool changes, now I'm all about the auto tool setter
Honestly, I was that guy who thought presetting tools was a waste of time. For like 5 years I'd just touch off each tool by hand every single setup. Then last month I had a job with 14 tools and a tight deadline, and my buddy Mike finally talked me into trying his Haimer presetter. Ngl, it saved me almost 45 minutes on that run and I haven't touched a tool by hand since. Anyone else fight switching to a presetter for way too long?

36 years old and I just realized I've been stubborn about everything from routers to sourdough starters, but @william_harris is right, manual is dead.
