My first git commit took 45 minutes, my 200th took 8 seconds

Started learning git last January and my first commit was a disaster. I had to look up every single command, messed up my branch, and somehow committed my entire downloads folder. Took me 45 minutes to push one tiny README file. Fast forward to yesterday, I did a merge, resolved a conflict, and pushed in under 10 minutes total. The difference is honestly just repetition and muscle memory. I still don't fully understand rebasing, but I'm way less scared of breaking things now. Has anyone else hit that weird tipping point where it suddenly clicks or am I just slow?
