Rant: My budget tracker code for kitchen reno is a mess

I decided to code a budget tracker for my kitchen reno. I picked Python and set up a CSV file. But entries duplicate when I add new ones. I tried a while loop, but it runs forever. The guides online are too complex for me. Now my bills are getting bigger. Can anyone suggest a simpler method or a good beginner tutorial?

Right there with you, @sarah_fisher49. It's like they breed in the dark. I finally gathered all my spare phone chargers, just a ton of them, and threw them in a box. Two weeks later, I find three more tangled in a kitchen drawer. It's the same with Tupperware lids, they just multiply when you aren't looking.

Seriously, I swear they crawl off to charge other people's stuff. Those missing chargers are just out there living their best life.
