Spent 5 hours debugging a typo that was literally one letter off

Tbh I almost threw my laptop out the window last Tuesday. I was building a little calculator app in Python for a class project and kept getting this weird error on line 47. After 5 hours of googling and re-reading the code maybe 30 times, I finally spotted it. I had written 'prnit' instead of 'print' in the output statement. My roommate walked in and asked if I was okay, and I just pointed at the screen and laughed for like 5 minutes straight. Has anyone else had a bug that simple eat up a whole evening? How do you catch those dumb little mistakes faster?
