DAE hit a coffee grinder setting number that totally changed their brew?
Honestly, I've been messing with my burr grinder for months trying to get a perfect pour-over. I was stuck around setting 18 for the longest time, but the cups always came out a little sour. Last week I bumped it to 22 on a whim and the difference was insane - the flavor opened up completely and lost that bitter edge. It got me thinking, is there like a magic number for your specific beans? What setting did you land on that surprised you?

22 was my wakeup call too, suddenly everything clicked.

That 22 mark is pretty much my sweet spot too for lighter roasts. Tried 20 and it was still a little flat, but 23 made it way too bitter real quick.
