Digging through old boxes and my coffee past hit me

I found my first french press from a decade ago. We used to argue about brew time like it mattered, now I just grab a to-go cup. When did coffee stop being an event for you?

Friend of mine used to grind beans every morning, now he just chugs cold brew from the fridge.

Rituals matter more than people admit. My own coffee grind is the one calm part of my morning. Without it, I'm rushed and grumpy all day. Saw a regular switch to pre-made and he lost that morning zen.
