My coffee crew is all about afternoon decaf now

I've noticed this shift for sleep health. It really helps with feeling rested in the morning. What's your take on cutting caffeine later?

That move to afternoon decaf is smart for sleep. I set a caffeine cutoff at 2 PM a while ago, and it changed my mornings. No more lying awake thinking too much. The key is to be strict about it, even on weekends. After a week or two, you won't miss the late-day buzz.

Is it really that big of a deal to be so strict? Most people can have a coffee after dinner and sleep just fine. Sounds like making a simple thing too hard.

Switched to tea after lunch and my sleep got way better almost right away.

What kind of tea did you go with? Finding the right one made a big difference for me too.
