Question about the new single origin from that roaster in Portland
I had to pick between their washed and natural process beans from the same farm. I went with the natural because the tasting notes said 'blueberry bomb'. It was way too fruity, almost like drinking juice. After three cups, I switched back to my usual medium roast. Has anyone else tried it and found a good way to brew it?

Heard some people mix it half and half with a more basic coffee to cut the fruit.

Oh wow, I actually loved that one! Maybe try a much shorter brew time to tone down the fruit?

Honestly @sarahf99 has a good point about the brew time. Read a blog post that said cutting it to just two minutes can make a huge difference if it's too sharp. They even said using cooler water, like 185 degrees, can help tone down the fruit flavors without making it bitter. Might be worth a quick test.
