The pour over I used to swear by now tastes like dirty sink water
Back in 2012 I'd dump a scoop of pre-ground Folgers in a Mr. Coffee and thought that was peak morning. Now I'm weighing beans to the gram and timing 4 minute blooms with a cheap scale from Target, and honestly I miss how simple it all was. Anyone else go full circle on their brew setup and then question if the ritual is worth it?
