Kept telling myself I was a 'data-driven' person but ignored a spreadsheet because it hurt my feelings

Spent 3 months building a report on why my side project was failing, but when the numbers said I should pivot to a completely different audience, I just closed the file and made another cup of coffee. Why do we pay for tools just to ignore what they actually tell us?

See it the other way actually. Building that spreadsheet takes real EFFORT and shows you care enough to try getting organized, even if it sits untouched. Sometimes just having the tool ready is the first honest step toward tackling something you know you gotta deal with.

Real talk though, @knight.dylan is out here trying to put a positive spin on our procrastination like a motivational poster at a dentist office. Meanwhile my spreadsheet is just a digital graveyard of good intentions and unpaid bills. It's like I built a whole filing system for my mess just so I could admire it from a distance.

Totally feel you on this @sage_green, that digital graveyard line hit way too close to home. It sucks when you put in the work to set something up and still can't make yourself follow through.
