Question about the actual number of comics Stan Lee wrote
Honestly, I always thought he wrote hundreds of issues, but I read a deep dive on a fan site that said he only wrote about 20 full issues of Spider-Man. Most of his work was plotting and editing. Does that change how we see his legacy, or is the creative input what really counts?

Oh man, that reminds me of a podcast I listened to about old movie directors. They talked about how some famous guys from the golden age barely touched the scripts, they just put their name on stuff their teams made. It made me look at all those old credits differently. I guess a lot of creative work is more about steering the ship than doing every single job yourself. Maybe Stan's real skill was seeing what would work and getting the right people to make it. Kinda wild to think about.

Heard my friend rant for an hour about this exact thing after a trivia night loss lol.

Trivia nights can really bring out the competitive spirit in people. Your friend's rant just proves how invested folks get in those games. It's honestly part of the fun, even when you lose.

Yeah I read this article about how trivia nights actually use a lot of the same brain wiring as gambling. You get that rush from knowing an answer, and losing feels like a real hit. It explains why people take it so personally sometimes.
