Dove the Flower Garden Banks last month and flipped my opinion on nitrox
Honestly, I always thought nitrox was overkill for shallow stuff, but after a 110-foot wreck dive there where my air ran out 10 minutes before my buddy, I'm sold on it now. Anyone else have a specific site that changed your mind on something?

Dude same here, it was a reef dive in Cozumel that did it for me. I was always like "nitrox is for tech divers" but after seeing everyone else hanging at 70 feet forever while I was sucking down air I'm totally converted now.
