Vent: I just logged my 500th hour on a single underwater grinder and I'm not sure it's a good thing

Everyone talks about gear lasting forever, but hitting that number on a Hydra-Tech 4-inch made me realize how much time we spend on basic prep instead of the actual cut. Has anyone else found a faster way to set up for steel work without cutting corners?
