3 hours to swap a PSU because of one hidden screw
Replacing a power supply in a Dell OptiPlex 7010 should take 20 minutes. Took me 3 hours on Tuesday because there was a screw hiding behind the front panel that you can't see unless you pop the whole bezel off. Didn't know that. Pulled everything out, got frustrated, checked the service manual on my phone, and there it was on page 34. Has anyone else wasted time on a factory design choice like that?

Page 34 of the manual is literally the FIRST thing you should check before touching anything inside a 7010, those bezels pop off in like 10 seconds. Dell puts that screw there on purpose so the PSU can't slide out and short the board if someone yanks it wrong. Taking 3 hours to read the directions after you already messed up isn't a factory design problem, it's a you problem.
