Hit 500 tickets closed last week at the shop in Reno and it caught me off guard
I thought I was closer to 300 for the year, but the ticketing system doesn't lie. How do you all keep track of your own numbers without it turning into a contest?

Man, who cares about the exact number, the shop runs either way. Sounds like you're doing fine, just don't let a dashboard boss you around.
