PSA: my old shop in Fresno got hit by the health dept over one dirty band saw

I used to wipe down the band saw blade with the same rag I used on the case, that was normal until a health inspector walked into our Fresno shop last March and shut us down for two days over the blade guard alone. Now I pull the blade and scrub the guard with a dedicated brush after every job, takes four minutes and I have not had a complaint since. The old owner told me nobody ever checks, and he was wrong. Has anyone else had an inspector flag something small that turned into a big deal?
