Just realized I've spent over $2,500 on magnesium floats in the last decade.
It hit me when I broke my fourth one this month on a hot pour for a driveway in Mesa, and I'm starting to think the cheap ones are a false economy.

Yeah, that "little care goes a long way" thing is so true for more than just stuff. It's like what paige331 said, a small habit of looking after things, even relationships, really builds up over time. We just forget how powerful that is.
