Poured my 500th yard this week and the number threw me off

Hit 500 yards of finished concrete since I started keeping track back in 2019. What got me is that the first 250 took me almost 4 years, but the last 250 took about 14 months once my crew got a rhythm down. Funny how much faster things go when you stop fixing the same mistakes over and over. Anybody else keep a running tally or am I just weird about numbers?

Kept a tally myself for a few years, and yeah, that curve is real once the crew stops relearning the same lessons. Nothing weird about it, tracking the numbers is how you know you're actually getting somewhere.
