Update: my uncle in Tulsa said never finish flatwork past 1pm in August, and I ignored him once
Cost me a 40x60 slab pour last Tuesday when the mix started setting on me mid-float and I had to tear out two control joints and redo the whole south half while my guys stood around watching, so what's your hard cutoff temp or time of day before you just tell the customer it waits till morning?

Uncle was right but 1pm is generous, sun alone kills it by noon.
