Marshalltowns are $45 and don't rust on you.

Oh for SURE, @tarabell is 100% right about that. I have a Marshalltown that I bought three years ago and it still looks BRAND NEW. My buddy bought a cheap one from the hardware store and it rusted after one season of light work. The difference in quality is NIGHT and day. I even dropped mine in a bucket of water overnight by accident and nothing happened. No spots, no rust, just wiped it off and kept going. That $45 price tag hurts for a minute but you save money in the long run for sure.

Accidentally left my Marshalltown in a drywall mud bucket for two days once. Wiped it off and it was fine. My buddy's cheap trowel would've turned into a rust sculpture. @tarabell knows what's up.
