CERN data anomalies from 2016 still bug me, any physicists here who looked into it?
I laughed off the whole 'portal' angle for years but after digging through 3 public datasets on my own last winter, the pattern of missing particle events was too consistent to brush aside, what did you conclude from the raw numbers?
