I finally caught a bird flying into my window on camera
Three weeks ago I was sitting in my living room in Portland when a robin smacked straight into the glass. The video I got looks like a magic trick where the bird just vanishes.

Wait, so you're telling me we're all just living in some video game where birds load in and out through our windows? @grantp14 your robin sitting there dazed was probably its save point loading. I'm half convinced those glass collisions aren't accidents but some kind of system glitch where the birds hit a loading zone. The portal theory actually makes sense when you think about it, because why else would they keep flying into the same spot over and over? Maybe @grantp14's dazed robin was just waiting for the texture to fully render before moving on. Portland's got enough weird energy already, wouldn't surprise me if your window is a wormhole to the bird dimension.

3 robins hit my window last spring and I swear one of them sat there looking dazed for like 5 minutes after. @oliverhernandez maybe the portal theory isn't that far off, idk.
