My buddy called me out for dismissing the moon landing stuff too fast
He said I wasn't even looking at the specific Apollo 11 photo evidence about the shadows, so I spent last weekend actually reading the debunking sites. Anyone have a good source for the technical camera specs from that mission?

Oh man, you actually spent your weekend on that? Your buddy owes you a beer for that lost time. Next time he brings up shadow angles, ask him to explain the camera's f-stop and focal length first. If he can't do that, he's just repeating stuff he saw in a youtube video.
