My neighbor swears the city sprayed something over our block in Rochester last August, and I found a receipt that kind of backs him up
He kept saying the trucks came at 4am and I laughed it off for months, but then I pulled the county records and there was a $12,400 contract for mosquito fogging on our street that nobody told us about. So now I'm stuck between two sides. One, it's just bug spray and people need to relax, or two, they should have to post it somewhere before fogging a block with kids in it. What would you do, let it go or push for the notice rule?

My uncle got sprayed by a crop duster in Iowa and his tomatoes turned purple.
