PSA: My chemtrail belief faded when I saw how planes actually work

I bought into the chemtrail stuff after seeing patterns in the sky. Then I learned about condensation from engine exhaust, and it just lined up with basic science. Has a simple explanation ever overturned a conspiracy for you?

Yeah it's funny how that works... once you see the basic science it's hard to unsee it. The whole thing just seems so much more complicated than it needs to be when the real answer is right there. My friend was into the moon landing stuff until he actually saw the math.

Totally! I see this all the time with people who complain loudest about stuff without bothering to look up how it actually works.

Wait, your friend really stopped believing the moon landing was fake after seeing the math? That's shocking because most folks into that never actually look at the numbers. It's crazy how a simple fact can destroy a whole big story. I saw the same with flat earth stuff when people finally looked at real space photos. Why do we chase wild ideas when the plain truth is sitting right there?

Reminds me of my cousin who swore by healing crystals.
