That week I tried to debunk the moon landing footage frame by frame

Last Thursday I sat down with 47 frames of Apollo 15 footage I pulled from NASA's own site. Found what looked like a shadow going two different directions in the same shot. Spent 3 hours cross-referencing sun angle charts and it turned out the surface was just uneven. Has anyone else had a pet theory fall apart after actually digging into the raw data?

Spent a whole weekend once convinced I found a "missing" reflection in an astronaut's visor that proved it was a studio light. Took me two days to realize it was just glare from the sun hitting a specific angle through the camera lens. Felt like a complete idiot but it actually made me respect how thorough the documentation is when you actually check it. Good on you for running the sun angles yourself, that's the kind of thing that separates real research from just watching youtube videos.
