The day my so-called 'climate proof' roof leaked during a light drizzle

I was sitting in my living room last Tuesday when water started dripping from the ceiling fan during a light drizzle, not even a storm. The contractor had promised that spray foam job would fix everything, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had flat roofs fail in the weirdest weather conditions.

Wait, did yours bubble up too or was it more of a peeling thing? I had the exact same problem with my spray foam roof last summer, it started lifting in a few spots near the edges after some heavy rain. Ended up having to scrape off those sections and reapply, what a pain that was.
