Chose cheaper hosting over WP Engine 3 years ago and now I am migrating 12 sites off Bluehost

Took the $7 a month deal thinking it was fine for small channels, but after three plugin conflicts and a 4 hour downtime during a sponsored post launch I am shelling out double to move everything, anyone else burned by budget hosting?

Bluehost support is a nightmare. Waited 45 minutes for them to tell me to clear my cache. Their "unlimited" stuff gets throttled hard once you have actual traffic.

Yeah bluehost's "unlimited" is more like "unlimited until you actually use it." The throttling is real once you get more than a couple thousand visitors a month.
