Old editing style vs new. I switched back after 3 clients complained
I cut video for 6 years with hard cuts and quick pacing. Last fall I tried the slow, cinematic style everyone pushed on YouTube. Three clients said my edits felt like watching paint dry, so I reverted and lost one retainer but kept the other two. Anyone else get pressured into a trend that hurt their actual work?
