Pro tip: That advice about posting every day burned me out

Way back in February, some big creator named Jake Tran told me I had to post every single day on YouTube to grow. I followed that advice for 3 months straight and ended up with 12 videos that all got under 100 views each. The quality tanked so bad I lost like 20 subscribers from my first 50. Has anyone else found that posting less actually works better?

Stop posting every day and focus on making stuff people actually want to watch.

Hear you on this. There's so much pressure to be constantly visible (like the algorithm demands it), but quality really does beat quantity in the long run. It's tough when you're trying to figure out what actually clicks with people instead of just filling the feed.

My nephew runs a small baking channel and he posts twice a day, every day, without fail. His first 50 videos barely got 200 views each, but the algorithm finally pushed one of them after he kept at it for six months straight. Sometimes you just have to play the numbers game until the system decides you're worth showing to people.
